Our introductory class takes place every Saturday morning. The duration of the class is an hour. This is a fun stepping stone to the world of pole. This class is for first-time students to the world of pole. The instructor will introduce you to the world of pole fitness starting with the terminology used, how to move around the pole and teach you some basic moves and spins. You will end the class with a fun routine. Warning pole is addictive. You will be hooked!

Introduction to Pole Dancing is a cost of R80 for an hour class. Please email for space availability and times.

Studio3Pole FITNESS Classes

We offer pole classes Monday- Saturdays. We have six levels: Level 1-2 being beginners, 3-4 being intermediate and 5-6 being advanced. Each level offers a combination of floor moves, pole spins, transitions and pole tricks. There is no time limit for progressing to the next level. Once you feel you are ready to move to the next level, a head instructor will do an assessment to see if you are ready to move to the next level. This is done for your own safety. We also offer one-on-one private lessons, as well as private group bookings. Done on request.

HeatedStretchHeated Stretch Class

Join this complimentary heated stretch class in our studio on Fridays (Check the date in studio or email). Benefits of heated stretching is that it allows a further stretch in areas of the body you struggle with. Doing this stretch class because of the heated atmosphere your heart rate increases and because of this your body automatically burns more calories. To add to the benefits heated stretch increases your metabolism! Only results can be burning fat. Awesome!

StretchAndBendStretch AND BEND Class

Feeling a bit tired?… Join this complimentary stretch class in our studio on Fridays (Check the date in studio or email). The class is instructed by a personal trainer. The duration of the class is one hour. Stretching is a very important form of exercise. Stretching targets a specific muscle group. It’s also very important for the improvement of elasticity and also to achieve comfortable muscle tone. You will leave feeling increased muscle control and flexibility.

Aerial hoop, or lyra, is for those who have upper body strength and are looking for something new and exciting to learn.

Besides getting strong and fit, you will learn graceful moves in and around this hoop, increasing your flexibility. It is an amazing workout!


 

CLASS COSTS

Bookings and payment in advance are essential for all classes at Pole Dance Cape Town, as spaces are limited.
Please note, there are no credit card facilities at the venue so all payments need to be made by EFT.
Classes can be rescheduled provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

R150 – Drop-ins for Lyra and Silks

R150 – Drop-ins for pole and exotic classes

R450 – 5 classes (must be used within 2 months from purchase date)

R900 – 10 classes (must be used within 4 months from purchase date)

*Times when classes are closed are taken into account.

Terms & Conditions: No cancellations allowed. Classes can be rescheduled provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given, and the rescheduled class occurs in the same month and is subject to availability.
