Are you worried about your weight or feel that you are too old? Not at our studio! We cater for all shapes and sizes and all fitness levels. Our main focus is self confidence, fitness training, weight loss and strength training through the art of pole. Most students feel timid and shy when they enter the studio for their first class but by the end of the lesson they feel strong and sexy. We offer classes in a safe, secure and supportive environment.
If you are wanting to do it as a sport. We have produced 2 South African national winning duets in 2013 and placed second in the International Pole Competition held in England for the duets division in 2013. At the National Pole Competition held in 2014 we placed 1st and 2nd in the gold division, 1st in the silver division and 1st in the duets division.
It is not difficult to see why pole dance for fitness is fast becoming one of the most popular forms of exercise. It is a great way to lose weight, and to improve flexibility and co-ordination. It targets abs, shoulders, arms, and back and helps build lean muscle. Not to mention it’s way more fun than going to the gym!
